Executive Coaching Experience
Elisa partners with leaders and high-impact individuals to grow capacity for complex leadership challenges. Her coaching helps clients access wisdom, intuition, and creativity under pressure, and remove internal barriers that can limit clear action when stakes are high.
Her work is grounded in Hudson methodology and built for executives operating through uncertainty, disruption, and high consequence decisions. Rather than offering narrow fixes, Elisa focuses on expanding leadership capacity so clients can meet evolving challenges with clarity and authenticity.
Career Background
Elisa brings 25+ years of global executive leadership experience in People and Culture across startups and Fortune 10 organizations. Her background includes scaling manufacturing operations across Asia, leading enterprise executive development programs, and guiding organizations through board transformations, turnarounds, and international expansion.
She has lived and worked in Singapore, Paris, Tokyo, and Seoul, with leadership scope across APAC, EMEA, and Brazil. This global perspective, combined with her rural U.S. roots, informs a practical and human-centered approach to developing leaders in varied cultural and business contexts.
After reaching senior executive milestones, Elisa took an intentional sabbatical to deepen her leadership practice and reconnect with purpose. That experience now shapes how she helps leaders evolve, sustain performance, and navigate uncharted territory with greater awareness.

Elisa is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a certified coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is also certified in Hogan and Leadership Circle Profile (LCP360) assessments.
