She brings decades of global leadership experience across human capital and organizational development, partnering with leaders to align vision, values, and execution.
Elisa has 25+ years of experience in people and culture, global executive leadership, and executive coaching, with work spanning startups to Fortune 10 organizations. Her background includes leadership roles in healthcare, food and beverage, tech, manufacturing, and retail, and she has partnered with research leaders at institutions such as Stanford, Harvard, Chicago, Northwestern, and the University of Pennsylvania to bring leading-edge research into leadership development.
Her global leadership work includes assignments in Singapore, Paris, Tokyo, and Seoul, leading HR and people projects across APAC, Australia, EMEA, and Brazil. She grew up in Minnesota and now lives in San Francisco, and recently completed an executive sabbatical focused on purpose, healthful practices, and community service.
